A couple are celebrating having become the first ever people to be married by civil partnership at a West Yorkshire Hotel. Kyte Hotel just off the A1 in Darrington has held its first wedding - only two weeks after receiving its licence. Kyte welcomed Ian Booth and Xin Li, along with their guests for an intimate ceremony, a formal wedding breakfast and an evening celebration. The happy couple stayed in the venues elegant bridal suite and many of the hotels other rooms were booked by members of the wedding party.
