The ChallengeFounded in 1791, Rotherhams longest established legal practices, Oxley and Coward Solicitors LLP, is one of the most respected law firms in south Yorkshire. As a member of the highly regarded LawNet professional network, Oxley & Coward serves a diverse range of legal needs for residents and businesses alike - with the emphasis always on a friendly approach, accessible and affordable legal services for all.
Oxley & Coward has no dedicated in-house Marketing and PR team, with the booking of adverts etc and the company's marketing initiatives largely left to the Practice Manager to co-ordinate and implement. Via a referral from another professional services company, BeyondPR was introduced to Oxley & Coward to see if there was anything it could do to raise the firm's profile, improve the corporate identity and support business growth and profit strategies.
The solutionBeyondPR was initially engaged by Oxley & Coward on a fixed PR retainer to create, develop and distribute press releases and monitor Oxley & Coward's media coverage. The relationship worked so well that Oxley & Coward soon found itself outsourcing design, print, advertising, signage and other elements of the marketing mix to BeyondPR. Regular client meetings and a transparent approach to problem solving Oxley & Coward's marketing challenges led to a complete review of the firm's corporate identity including logos and typefaces, main signage, and ultimately a complete re-design of all literature and a re-build of Oxley & Coward's website in association with a local technology partner.
